Dr. Merve Ayyüce Kızrak

Dr. Merve Ayyüce Kızrak is a leading expert in AI governance and the founder of HUX AI, a global software, consulting, and research company dedicated to shaping how organisations design, deploy, and manage responsible AI systems. With over 16 years of experience in deep learning, data governance, and national AI strategy, Dr. Kızrak has spearheaded transformative initiatives during her nearly six-year tenure at the Digital Transformation Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey. Her notable contributions include co-authoring Türkiye's National Artificial Intelligence Strategy and designing the country's first Public Sector Data Space using EU-compliant sovereignty frameworks. As a member of the OECD Artificial Intelligence Governance Working Group, Dr. Kızrak plays an important role in global standard-setting efforts.
