Supporting Scientific Research Policy
The ICBTIstanbul’2026 is committed to fostering excellence in academic research and contributing to the advancement of scientific knowledge in business, technology, and related fields. In pursuit of this vision, the conference will adopt several strategic policies designed to promote high-quality research and attract distinguished scholars from around the world.

Best Paper & Best Presentation Awards
To recognize outstanding scholarly contributions, the ICBTIstanbul’2026‎ will present awards for the Best Research Paper and Best Presentation. Award recipients will be honored during the conference closing ceremony, and their work will be highlighted on the conference website and affiliated publication platforms. These awards aim to motivate researchers to produce innovative, impactful studies.

Supporting Early-Career Scholars & PhD Researchers
In line with its commitment to nurturing young talent, the ICBTIstanbul’2026‎ will introduce initiatives to support early-career academicians, researchers, and PhD students. These initiatives may include:
• Special recognition for outstanding PhD research papers
• Dedicated sessions for young researchers
• Reduced registration fees and mentoring activities
Furthermore, the conference may allocate a special publication opportunity for exceptional PhD research affiliated with renowned international universities.

Publication Guidelines
The ICBTIstanbul’2026‎prioritizes applied empirical research that addresses real-world challenges in business, technology, digital transformation, and innovation. Studies offering practical solutions and policy recommendations will be given priority for publication.
Authors are invited to submit their articles through the official conference submission system in accordance with the following guidelines:
• Manuscripts should be typed with double spacing, including all components such as tables, figures, and appendices.
• Margins should be at least 2.5 cm on all sides.
• An abstract of no more than 250 words and keywords must accompany each submission.
• The title page should include the article title, author(s) name(s), institutional affiliation, contact details, and e-mail.
• To protect anonymity during review, the main manuscript must not include author names or identifying information.
• Acknowledgments or appreciation notes may be added after the review process, if desired.
• Manuscripts must be written in clear, academic language and should not exceed 12 pages including references, figures, tables, and appendices.
